However, as I became more aware, I noticed signs of dishonesty in Adrian\u2019s behavior. One morning, he mentioned working late, but his nervous gestures and evasive answers raised my suspicions. That evening, I followed him and discovered he was at a bowling alley with friends, not working late.<\/p>\n
When I returned home, Chris was at the kitchen table, looking guilty. He admitted to lying about his Spanish assignments. I told him I was upset not about his grades, but that he felt the need to lie.<\/p>\n
Later, Adrian came home, and I confronted him about his honesty. His nervousness was evident, but when asked if he loved me, he answered sincerely. Despite this, I confronted him with what I had seen.<\/p>\n
