I called my dad, who arrived quickly. After I shared what happened, he expressed his anger toward Daniel. \u201cYou\u2019re worth so much more than this,\u201d he said, comforting me. We returned home, and the next morning, I felt a surge of determination. I couldn\u2019t let Daniel\u2019s behavior define our relationship or my pregnancy.<\/p>\n
