Elton John made a funny comment about how many organs he has removed over the years as a result of different health problems.On Tuesday, October 1, at the New York Film Festival, he gave a moving address in support of his documentary, Elton John: Never Too Late. Co-director R.J. Cutler and his spouse, David Furnish, also attended the event with him. The \u201cRocket Man\u201d singer talked about his health struggles after the film.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cThere\u2019s not much of me left, really.\u201d \u201cI had my appendix, tonsils, and adenoids removed. I\u2019m done having prostate problems.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m missing my right hip, left knee, and right knee,\u201d he went on. My left hip is actually the only thing that\u2019s left. However, I\u2019m still here, and I really thank each and every one of you for shaping who I am now.<\/p>\n
Additionally, Elton conveyed his sincere appreciation for David and their two kids, Zachary and Elijah. He remarked, \u201cI want to thank Zachary, Elijah, and David for making me the happiest man in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Elton and David first met in 1993, they fell in love right away. They became a civil partnership in 2005, then in 2014, with the UK\u2019s legalization of same-sex unions, they got married.<\/p>\n
\u201cI found complete and utter happiness and bliss when I met David and had our children,\u201d he said, reflecting on his contentment. I\u2019ve never experienced joy like I do right now.<\/p>\n
Following his final Farewell Yellow Brick Road concert in Stockholm in July 2023, the Cold Heart musician announced his retirement from touring. As you are aware, I am 77 years old, therefore I decided to cease touring. \u201cAfter the documentary, I\u2019ve achieved all of my musical goals,\u201d he declared to the crowd.<\/p>\n
