Mr. Thompson\u2019s decision was swift. \u201cAmber, your behavior is unacceptable. You\u2019re fired, effective immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amber stormed out, hurling insults. I felt a wave of relief and empowerment. Mr. Thompson and my coworkers offered support, making me feel like part of the team.<\/p>\n
