Husband Constantly Mocks Unemployed Wife for Doing Nothing, Finds a Note after Ambulance Takes Her Away

Harry ridicules his unemployed wife, Sara, only to come home one day to find her gone. In her absence, he discovers a note revealing her intention to divorce him. Can he stop her and save their marriage?

On a bright October morning, Harry was excited about his gaming app presentation, a project he had worked on for six months. As the clock struck eight, he entered the dining room, preoccupied with his phone, barely acknowledging Sara and their sons, Cody and Sonny.

“Morning, honey,” Sara greeted him.

“Good morning, Daddy,” the boys chimed in unison.

Ignoring them, Harry grabbed toast and rushed back to his room. “Sara, where’s my white shirt?”

“It’s in the wash,” Sara replied.

Harry stormed into the dining room. “That’s my lucky shirt! I needed it for today!”

“I didn’t have enough whites until now. You have other shirts!”

“This is a big day for me, and you’re making excuses!”

“You’re overreacting! It’s just a shirt.”

“A shirt? You sit at home all day doing nothing!” he shouted.

“Harry, stop this. The kids are watching.”

“Yeah? Nobody watches you gossip on the phone all day!”

After dressing in a random suit, Harry stormed out, grabbing his briefcase. After a successful presentation, he expected an apology from Sara, but there were no calls.

Returning home with white roses, he found the apartment empty and a note on the table: “I want a divorce.” Confused, he called Sara’s sister, Zara, who informed him that Sara was in the hospital. Harry rushed there, facing an angry Zara. “You told her she was not ‘wife’ enough for you?”

“Let’s talk later,” he replied.

At the hospital, a doctor informed him, “It was a mild attack. She’s out of danger but needs to take care of her health. You can see her for ten minutes.”

Harry walked into the ward, trying to smile. “Honey, I’m sorry. Please let me explain.”

“I don’t want to hear it. I’m done. Divorce is all I want.”

“Why? You’re taking it too far!”

“I had ambitions, plans… I chose you over every opportunity, and it ruined my life. It’s too late for your sorry.”

“What about the kids?”

“They’re staying with you,” she said.

Harry left the hospital to pick up his kids from Zara’s. At home, he ordered pizza and ice cream for dinner. After tucking the kids in, he called his friend Alex, who suggested Sara might come back soon.

The next morning, chaos ensued as Harry juggled the kids’ school preparations. He burnt breakfast and was late for an important meeting. After a rough day at work, he received a call from Sara, asking to meet.

At the café, Sara revealed she wanted custody. “How dare you? After you left us?” Harry fumed.

“I’m their mother. I have rights,” she insisted.

Days later, at the custody trial, Harry spoke about providing for his family. When Sara was called to testify, she revealed, “I had a nervous breakdown. He was always busy. I couldn’t cope and left.”

Harry felt crushed. After hours in court, the verdict was announced: Sara was granted custody.

As she prepared to leave with their sons, Cody said, “You’re just tearing us apart. We want both Mommy and Daddy!”

Sara hugged them tightly, unable to hold back her tears.
