Kevin and Bella always wanted children in their family, but they couldn’t have. After many efforts, they decided to adopt in their 40s. A pregnant teenager decided to give her children up for Kevin and Bella. The old couple supported her, and it was a closed adoption as she wanted.

She had twins, Emily and Ethan, and Kevin and Bella raised the twins as if they were their own. They were financially strong, and had no problem while raising the children. They did their best.

As time passed, the twins graduated from college. They both had incredibly successful school years. The twins visited their parents as much as they could, as they loved them. Emily was living in Pasadena, and Ethan lived in New York for some years.

The twins later got married, and welcomed their own children. Kevin and Bella’s family got enlarged through time as they wished for years ago.Sadly, Kevin passed away. Being alone without her husband was hard for Bella. Emily and her husband Richard, and Ethan and his wife Susan always tried their best to not let Bella feel alone.

On Bella’s 80th birthday, she was expecting her children, and grandchildren to visit and spend some time together. As morning passed, Bella called them and asked if they would like to come.

Emily was silent on the phone, which was not usual. She then explained that she was with her brother. Her children revealed that a woman contacted them. Bella was terrified. Kevin and Bella never told their children that they were adopted.

Emma revealed that the woman contacted then stated that she was their birth mother and that she was looking for them for many years. Then Emily asked to his mother about the reason why she never told them.

As they talked about the situation, Bella invited them to talk about things, but Emily explained that she and her brother need some time to think.

On the next morning, Bella was tired since she had no sleep that night. She was constantly thinking that if her children would choose their biological mother over her. She was incredibly upset. She constantly checked her phone, but there was no message from her children.

Then the door got knocked. As Bella opened the door, her family shouted, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!”

She almost had a heart attack. She then started to cry as she blew the candles. She got emotional when she saw her family, Ethan, Emily and the rest.
