That evening, Sally talked with her husband Jason. She told him that the money from her grandmother’s inheritance arrived. Sally said to her husband that they can look for a house now.

They were married for five years, and they were not able to bear children. The money would be a good change for them, as they would buy their own home.

Her mother-in-law, Matilda, were shocked after she learned that Sally inherited $50,000. Sally told her MIL that the money will help them greatly, she explained that they were looking for a home to buy.

Then Mathilda decided to talk about something else. She told Sally that she was thinking of getting a face lift, as she was talking about it for years. She then asked that if she doesn’t deserve it.

“You look great, Mathilda.” Sally said, as she wanted her to stop.

A day later, while Sally was heading upstairs, she heard her husband talking on the phone. “Don’t worry, Mom. I’ll handle it.”

Few days later, there Mathilda was sitting on their couch with a magazine in her hand.

She then asked that if Jason was okay with the procedure, and Mathilda told Sally that Jason loved the idea. Sally was shocked as she thought that something was off.

That evening, Jason told Sally that his mother booked her facelift for the next week. Sally was shocked.

Few days later, she found a bank statement among the documents on the table. There she saw that her husband withdraw $10,000 from their account.

She asked to Jason why he took $10,000, and he told her that his mother needed help.

Sally was frustrated. She asked, “What about us? What about our plans? You didn’t even ask me!”

She knew that Mathilda didn’t attend to her appointment, and then she created a fake account and texted to Mathilda.

She talked with Mathilda and explained that she learned from Jason that she was looking for a clinic to have a facelift. She then revealed that her clinic had 20% discount.

She told her that for $10,000, her clinic was offering facelift, full body care and VIP experience for a year.

When Mathilda heard that, she couldn’t believe it. She immediately accepted and cancelled her appointment with the other clinic. She then sent the money to Sally’s cousin’s account, where Sally took back her money from her cousin.

Then she revealed the truth few days later, after she talked with her lawyer and gave the divorce papers to Jason.
