Elton John made a funny comment about how many organs he has removed over the years as a result of different health problems.On Tuesday, October 1, at the New York Film Festival, he gave a moving address in support of his documentary, Elton John: Never Too Late. Co-director R.J. Cutler and his spouse, David Furnish, also attended the event with him. The “Rocket Man” singer talked about his health struggles after the film.

He said, “There’s not much of me left, really.” “I had my appendix, tonsils, and adenoids removed. I’m done having prostate problems.
“I’m missing my right hip, left knee, and right knee,” he went on. My left hip is actually the only thing that’s left. However, I’m still here, and I really thank each and every one of you for shaping who I am now.
Additionally, Elton conveyed his sincere appreciation for David and their two kids, Zachary and Elijah. He remarked, “I want to thank Zachary, Elijah, and David for making me the happiest man in the world.”

When Elton and David first met in 1993, they fell in love right away. They became a civil partnership in 2005, then in 2014, with the UK’s legalization of same-sex unions, they got married.

Following his final Farewell Yellow Brick Road concert in Stockholm in July 2023, the Cold Heart musician announced his retirement from touring.
