During the confrontation, Sophia admitted to manipulating the photos and explained her actions in response to Vivian’s hurtful comment about her mother. Vivian, though initially shocked and angry, reluctantly acknowledged her own wrongdoing.

In an effort to move forward, they arranged a dinner with Evelyn, Michael, and Vivian. The evening was initially tense, but over time, they began to find common ground. Vivian eventually apologized to Evelyn, leading to a tentative, though positive, step toward reconciliation.

As they left the dinner, Michael expressed pride in Sophia for confronting the issue and working towards resolution. Sophia, though feeling a mix of relief and lingering guilt, hoped that this incident could lead to better understanding and improved family relationships in the future.
