This is Pat Priest, famous for portraying Marilyn Munster, with the Munsters.

In every family, there seems to be that one kid who doesn’t quite fit in. For The Munsters (1964-66), that kid was Marilyn Munster, Lily’s niece.Unlike her grotesque relatives, Marilyn was a beautiful young woman, but to the Munsters, she was the odd one out for her plain appearance. Initially, Marilyn was portrayed by Beverley Owen, but Pat Priest took over the role from the 14th episode of the first season.

Despite the switch, the Munsters likely didn’t notice much difference in their leggy blonde niece since both Beverley and Pat were considered equally unattractive in the Munster household’s twisted perspective.
